Carolinian Homes is pleased to announce that we have already had 10 sales in the first quarter of 2009 in our new home neighborhood of Blenheim Woods in Chapel Hill. The success of Blenheim Woods positions us well financially for 2009 and 2010. Developed by East West Partners, Blenheim Woods joins Meadowmont and Cary Park, two award-winning communities where Carolinian Homes and East West Partners have joined forces.

Carolinian is also building in Weycroft, Cary's newest custom home neighborhood developed by Impact Properties Group. In addition, Carolinian is part of the Bedford Builder Group in Wakefield Development's 12 Oaks community in Holly Springs.
